COVID-19 and Ticket Policy
a/o 4/30/20

Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our patrons, employees and artists. Staff members are closely monitoring the evolving situation with COVID-19 by regularly reviewing CDC and WHO mandates, and have implemented prevention and control procedures such as diligently wiping down surfaces on a regular basis, encouraging hand-washing and making hand sanitizer available at high traffic points throughout the facility.

Wortham Center has adopted a temporary ticket policy for those who have tickets to upcoming performances. You may:
1) Do nothing. Your tickets will be automatically transfered to the new date.
2) Request a credit to your account* for a future performance.
3) Convert your ticket purchase to a donation to the Wortham Center.
4) Request a refund** for your ticket purchase.

*Credits: All account credits created between March 13, 2020 and December 31, 2020 must be used by June 30, 2022. Any account credits not used by this date will expire.

**Refunds: If you would like to request a refund for tickets for a rescheduled event, the refund request must be processed by our box office by May 30th, 2020.  After that date, our standard ticket policy for Wortham Center Presents events will go back into effect.

Standard ticketing policy: No later than 48 hours before show time, you may exchange your tickets for another event in the Wortham Center Presents Season, turn your tickets in for account credit to be used toward another Wortham Center Presents event, or donate your tickets to the Wortham Center.

Should you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact the Box Office by emailing boxoffice@worthamarts.org or by calling 828-257-4530.
