The Summer issue of SHIFT, the Wortham Center’s eZine, includes the following features: a column by Wortham Center Managing Director, Rae Geoffrey; a preview of summer events at the Wortham; a feature examining one local law firm’s work with nonprofits; an interview with one of the Wortham Center’s stylish board members; a column by Montford Park Players Executive Director John Russell; Jessica Tomasin’s reflection on the past year of self-care; a story on the latest air-cleansing technology at the Wortham; and an interview with David A. Dowd.
When COVID required a shut down in 2020, Wortham’s SHIFT eZine was born as a way to maintain connections with patrons and to share news about the arts during quarantine.

Thank you to the advertisers, contributors and sponsors for making this adventure possible. With the great news about reopening and the launch of the 21/22 season, SHIFT will sunset with this final issue.
We’ve enjoyed this journey and look forward to the return of the playbill publication, which will now be issued digitally in addition to print, to coincide with the 21/22 season.
